Emmerdale fans 'rumble' mystery character who almost run over Moira Dingle

Emmerdale fans think they've worked out which mystery character almost killed Moira Dingle in the first of two episodes on Thursday night.

Moira was stumbling around the village drunk, struggling with recent events as other villagers warned her about her behaviour.

The character was drinking out of a bottle of vodka when she had to swerve an incoming car, narrowly missing her.

She ended up tumbling down into a ditch, as the car came to a dramatic stop.

Suddenly, Moira passed out and remained lifeless.

It's then that a mystery character exited the car, and began making their way towards her.

While it wasn't shown who it was, they stood still staring at an injured Moira.

Their face was muzzled out on the camera, not allowing viewers to know the identity of the person.

Fans even questioned whether they were out to get the character as they just stood there as the episode ended.

Taking to Twitter , fans began predicting who it was and what might be going on - with Debbie Dingle, Graham Foster and even Cara Robinson guesses.
