Emmerdale fans rejoice as Jamie Tate arrested after Belle Dingle takes revenge

Emmerdale aired big scenes on Thursday night, as Belle Dingle had Jamie Tate arrested for the recent hit-and-run.

After weeks of pretending to stand by him, after he ran over Moira Dingle and left her for dead, she got her revenge.

She secretly teamed up with nephew Nate Robinson a short while ago, and the pair have been plotting against Kim Tate's son for weeks.

Exposing the fact she had been using lover Jamie the whole time, she revealed how she was actually just trying to find the needed evidence to send him down.

Claiming she didn't really love him and was plotting his downfall the whole time, Jamie was reeling to realise he had been played.

He begged her to change her mind and let him go before the police got there.

But Belle tore him to pieces and said he must be punished for what he did to her sister-in-law.

Moira's husband Cain was waiting with a bat, wanting to kill him or at least hurt him before the police got there.

But Belle told him not to, as she'd already called them and they were on their way to arrest Jamie.

Soon, the police car pulled up as a terrified Jamie realised it was game over.

Begging Belle to tell them she was mistaken, she refused as Cain watched on.

He was then taken away by the police for questioning, as he looked set to finally be held to account for his crime.

Belle was tearful as he was driven away, but told Cain she was fine - no doubt relieved to stop all the pretending.

Meanwhile, Jamie was left in shock over Belle's move at the station, as he was questioned over his involvement in the crash.

The Dingles celebrated after learning the truth, as Nate's involvement was also exposed.

But will Moira finally get justice?

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
