Emmerdale fans question Jamie's vet job after spotting odd pattern

Emmerdale viewers spotted an odd pattern emerging tonight as Jamie Tate appeared on-screen.

Fans saw Gabby approach Jamie for work at The Hop, while his mother Kim and Jai discussed potential business plans.

When Jamie tried to interrupt, he was told to shush by Kim, delighting viewers.

However, some noticed that Jamie, who works as a vet, has been absent from the practice.

This caused fans to question if Jamie is still employed at Emmerdale Veterinary Centre.

One tweeted: "I forgot Jamie was a vet."

A second wrote: "Nice to see Jamie working hard in the vets again....... oh wait he’s not been there for six months."

A third tweeted: "Is Jamie still a vet?"

Spoilers for this week reveal that Mack is ready for revenge and soon fortune strikes, when up at Home Farm Mack overhears Kim and Jamie discussing a potential client and quickly forms a plan.

Soon, Jamie falls into Mack’s trap when he meets an imposter client rather than the real one.

Mack watches their meeting from across the restaurant. Soon Jamie walks further into the snare when he offers to show ‘Fake Greg’ the accounts.

And before long Jamie and Kim are aghast to realise they have been hoodwinked.

Kim berates Jamie for getting caught out, whilst Mack and Moira celebrate their win.

Jamie’s soon even more determined to get revenge on Mack and before long is outside the farm sloshing what he thinks is petrol about.

Amused, Mack points out it is water and a humiliated Jamie leaves.

Dawn tries to talk Jamie down pointing out Mack will always come out on top. As Dawn heads away Jamie sees a real petrol canister and sets off to Butlers on foot with it.
