Emmerdale fans have predicted a huge twist after apparently solving Kim Tate's mysterious illness.
In recent episodes, Kim has complained of headaches while also suffering dizzy spells.
Tonight, things came to a head, as Kim became disorientated when kicking Gabby out of her house.

Drinking a brandy, a regretful Kim then tried to tell Gabby she doesn’t actually need to leave, but stung by her words, Gabby left.
However, as the door slammed, Kim lost her balance and collapsed to the floor.
Fans have suggested her recent illness might actually be because the 61-year-old is pregnant.
Recently, Kim slept with Will.
Putting two and two together, viewers think Kim could be with child.
Beccy tweeted: "Bet Kim's pregnant."

However, Lydia, who found Kim on the floor, thought something more sinister could be at play.
Lydia told Kim she needed to see a doctor, but she refused, despite being terrified that she is seriously ill.
