Emmerdale viewers are concerned for Moira's relationship with Cain Dingle after tuning into Tuesday's episode.
The latest episode of the ITV soap saw Chas accuse Moira of cheating on Cain with Nate - but she was shocked when she found her own mother Faith in Moira's home.
As Moira urged Faith to tell Chas the truth, she blurted out that Moira was going through the menopause and that she was staying with her to help her around the house.
Moira looked stunned at Faiths lie and couldn't understand why she won't just tell her kids that she has cancer again.
Fans tuning in at home immediately began to worry that Faith's lie could have dire consequences for her daughter-in-law.
Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Poor Moira is right she been thrown under the bus , Helper is becoming helpless nutcase."
Another predicted: "If Faith dies everyone will be mad at Moira for not saying anything # Emmerdale."
A third person tweeted: "Faith is forgetting - this is gonna risk Cain and Moira's relationship if Cain finds out Moira knew about Faith's Cancer before him. #Emmerdale."
And a fourth person raged: "Faith tell the truth ffs #Emmerdale."
Other soap fans thought Faith's menopause cover up was simply stupid, with one person saying: "Faith’s lies are getting worse, I’m actually feeling sorry for Moira now…#Emmerdale."
Another tweeted: "This faith story is ridiculous. For Gods sake Moira tell everyone the truth. #Emmerdale."
Someone else moaned: "Can she just tell them and be done with it, I'm bored of watching the same repetitive scenes between Faith and Moira #emmerdale."
