Billy Fletcher doesn't know what he's letting himself in for in Emmerdale's latest Meena Jutla twist.
Currently, the serial killer nurse has sister Manpreet Sharma and Vinny Dingle locked up in a disused barn after they both became close to discovering her crimes.
After becoming aware that they were soon going to rumble her, Meena has taken matters into her own hands and is planning to kill them both.
If they don't survive, this will take the number of Meena's victims up to six after she's already admitted to the deaths of friend Nadine, Leanna Cavanagh, Andrea Tate and Ben Tucker.
But as Emmerdale viewers saw on Wednesday night, Meena has to keep changing her plans as the net begins to close in on her.
Meena began her latest move after Liam Cavanagh confronted her after he found out she had been lying about being pregnant with Billy's baby and faking a miscarriage following The Woolpack explosion.
Despite Meena's attempts to blackmail the GP to prevent her secret from getting out, Liam confessed to wife Leyla before telling Billy and fiancee Dawn the truth about Meena and the baby.
Furious about what he had just heard, Billy quickly pulled out his phone and rang Meena.
Willing to talk, she asked him to meet her alone at the barn and as she ended the call and Billy headed off, Meena changed her murder plans once more.
Switching off the Dingle van which she had left running inside the barn with Manpreet and Vinny, the killer told her hostages that they would be getting a visitor.
The episode left viewers wondering if Billy will be the one to bring Meena down - or if he'll just be another victim.
But Emmerdale fans couldn't help point out Billy's major blunder.
"Billy didn't tell Dawn and Liam where he was going WOW!" @fraserb527 said.

Christine wrote on Facebook: "Of course he didn't tell the Doc or Dawn where he was going!!!"
"Oh perlease! Liam just told Billy that he (a doctor!) has had concerns about Meena's mental health and she had become aggressive and Billy then gores off to meet her at a remote spot without telling anyone!!! Really??" Rachel added.
