Emmerdale fans have been left annoyed after ITV has cancelled Friday night's show in a mark of respect after the death of Prince Phillip.
Friday night's TV schedule has undergone a major overhaul in response to the heartbreaking news.
The channels have made the decision to air special programming regarding the royal in place of the usual soap dramas this evening, but viewers are not happy.
ITV has suspended all other viewing today, apart from news programmes which includes this evenings schedule.

Instead, airing a series of documentaries surrounding the Duke of Edinburgh and his life's work.
Between 7pm and 9pm the channel is sharing a documentary 'Prince Philip Fondly Remembered', in place of Friday night's episode of Emmerdale
It will be followed by another hour long special 'Philip: A Royal Life' before the ITV news resumes at 10pm.
However, frustrated viewers have slammed the change in the TV schedule as an "absolutely disgraceful decision."
One social media user posted: "No need to take our programme off its been on all day since the news broke on every channel not everybody want to continuously watch this stuff."
A second said: "Rip but we will miss our soaps."
A third added: "It's sad the man died yes but there is no need to completely cancel TV."
While another frustrated viewer said: "There's no need for it! Everyone can show there compassion, it doesn't need to be in your face on every channel for 24 hours a day! Keep it to one bloody channel its a joke!"
