Tonight's episode showed Meena confiding in her sister about her friend's death, when Manpreet was questioning her pregnancy.
Meena created a sob story telling her about how she promised the deceased Nadine that she could be godmother to her future children - but obviously that couldn't happen now and she wanted Manpreet to hold that position instead.
The killer cried as she told the heartbreaking tale about how Nadine died by suicide.
But Manpreet seemed somewhat suspicious of her sister and questioned her, asking how far along she was in her pregnancy and when her due date was, which Meena struggled to answer.
Fans got excited at the prospect of Meena finally being caught.
They took to Twitter to share what they thought.
Ryan said: "It's only a matter of time before Manpreet discovers the truth. Meena is on borrowed time."
Jordan said: "Manpreet is on to you! I hope this is the end! #Emmerdale."
Another user said: "I can see why they haven't really involved Manpreet in Meena's story up until now, she would catch her out so fast #Emmerdale."
Kerry said: "Will Meena telling Manpreet about Nadine be her downfall #Emmerdale."
