Emmerdale fans had some advice for David today as he pursued Meena.
Earlier this week, Amy told a surprised David that Meena fancies him.
Meena finally asked Dave on a date outright and he was chuffed, agreeing to cook lunch for them.

As the big day arrived, both David and Meena were excited to further their relationship.
However, Victoria accidentally slipped up when she reminded David of his ex-girlfriend and convicted groomer Maya.
Speaking outside the shop, Victoria joked: "You know how to pick them. I mean she is a bit bonkers."
David responded: "What like Maya bonkers?"
Victoria said: "No, no nothing like Maya."
However, a deflated David said: "Why did you have to bring Maya into this?"
Upset by the memory, David cancelled his lunch date, leaving Meena furious.
Today, David explained to Meena the situation and confessed his true feelings.
Meena, while still frustrated that David didn't tell her the truth, offered him a second chance.
However, viewers are convinced the relationship will not work out.
