Emmerdale fans have been left furious by Al Chapman's attempt to "set up" Marlon Dingle over the Woolpack explosion.
The pub went up in flames during an action packed Christmas Day episode - with many wondering whether it was a nasty accident or someone had deliberately decided to get rid of the Dales' famous pub.
Suspicion has fallen on many of the residents after the explosion, including Al who was under increasing pressure to try and get the pub made into a number of luxury apartments.
And fans took to social media on Sunday night to slam Al for "setting Marlon up" over the explosion after Kerry gave him an alibi, revealing they were together on Christmas Day.

One wrote: " Al is so smug #Emmerdale @emmerdale."
" Al you lying toad #emmerdale," a second added, as a third penned: "Al you're such an idiot. Saying you're an victim no you're not."
Marlon (Mark Charnock) and Al (Michael Wildman) certainly don't see eye to eye, especially after Al's plans to turn the pub into a set of luxury apartments was revealed.

He had been forced to accept Al's decisions about the pub as Marlon, Chas and Paddy are struggling with the running of the drinking establishment. Al decided to change breweries and Marlon and co had to reluctantly agree.
Al has been under pressure to sort out the apartments for the sake of his investors.
In the scenes, Gavin - played by Ben Richards - told Al: "Little bird in the council says things aren't looking too good?"

"It's just a minor bump in the road, that's it, I'll sort it!" Al replied, as he vowed to fix it all.
Gavin leaned out of his car window as he said sinisterly: "Only we think we've waited long enough, people have got a lot of money riding on this. So you need to move it on. I'm getting a little sick of all your talk. It's actions we want now, dates, a plan."
Furious, Gavin then added: "You better had because we're not taking this into another year, the work starts before January, got it? Good, I'm not asking, I'm telling!"
Fans have previously predicted that Al might be responsible for the explosion in the pub.
