Emmerdale fans fear new Robert exit twist as he and Aaron plot against Al

Emmerdale viewers believe a new twist is on the cards for Robert Sugden ahead of his exit from the ITV soap, with husband Aaron Dingle now tipped to be involved.

Robert and Aaron, played by actors Ryan Hawley and Danny Miller, were left plotting against newcomer Al Chapman at the end of Tuesday's episode.

Robron will soon be torn apart as Robert heads out of the Dales, while his exact exit plot is yet to be confirmed.

Now, fans fear Robert and Aaron will get into trouble with Ellis Chapman's dad Al or even the law, after scenes that aired in the latest episode.

It comes after the discovery Jessie Grant had cheated on Marlon Dingle, Aaron's relative, with her ex Al.

Al wasted no time in rubbing it in, before confessing he made a move on Jessie ahead of their fling.

She has since left the village, leaving her two sons Billy and Ellis behind - while Al is also planning on sticking around.

Marlon refused to attack Al despite him taunting him, as he struggled in the fallout to his wife's betrayal.

As the episode came to an end, Aaron and Robert looked out to the village and it's clear they had revenge on their mind.

Robert said of Al: "He thinks he's untouchable, just like Lee. Thinks he can do whatever he wants to who he wants."

Aaron then quipped: "Well, maybe he needs to learn that he can't." before smirking.

Viewers took to Twitter after the scenes, admitting their fears that Robert and Aaron were going to do something they regretted.

One fan said: "Maybe plotting how Aaron & Robert can end up in the same prison, maybe?" as another agreed: "My guess is Aaron’s going to get locked up so he can be with Robert in prison?"

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
