Emmerdale fans are fearing a devastating dementia diagnosis for the feisty Kim Tate after this evening's episode.
A struggle for Kim has been on the cards for a while, but what exactly it is has left fans guessing.
The businesswoman was seen googling hereditary dementia after suddenly collapsing.
Found by Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) the next morning, she refused to see a doctor but was clearly concerned.

Yet Kim (Claire King) has been seen looking pale recently and whilst running errands around the village, she has been feeling faint.
Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) had offered her a sugary tea and told her to put her legs between her legs, Kim rubbished his advice and insisted she was fine.
However Kim's spate of ill health seems to have been left open ended so far, as fans have begun to speculate.
Whilst many think it could be a dementia diagnosis, following on from Kim's googling, others aren't convinced.
Of dementia, Kim had said: "My dad had a slow painful death.
"It started out with forgetfulness, confusion and blackouts.
"Within a year he couldn’t even look after himself. I can’t face that. I won’t."
Lydia joined Kim in her research of the illness as Kim shared her father's experience.
But others think they have a different storyline sussed.
"I know this sounds ridiculous but kim is not pregnant, is she? #Emmerdale," one viewer tweeted.
Another posted: "#emmerdale Im betting my house on Kim being pregnant (sic)," while a third added: "Kim might be preggy #emmerdale."
A fourth viewer added: "I mean if she’s pregnant Will is in a RIGHT mess it would just make sense with the whole ‘pile on misery on Harriet/Will/Dawn’ #Emmerdale."
Other watchers think that Kim Tate's storyline is a lot more dire.
They fear it might be the end for the beloved character with one fan pondering: "I don't suppose they're going to bin Kim off?"
