Emmerdale fans exasperated as sick Jacob and Maya storyline continues

Emmerdale fans were left exasperated after Jacob and Maya's sick affair remained uncovered.

Viewers thought the pair were going to come clean to David about his girlfriend's relationship with his son after Jacob's granddad found him stealing money.

Jacob was hauled in front of his dad and Maya came onto screen saying she could explain everything and it was "good to get it out in the open".

But fans were left disappointed after Maya told another lie to David - that his son was mixed up with a gang and was spending lots of money.

And lots of people took to social media, despairing that the affair still hadn't been revealed.

Headteacher, operations director and chair of governors all OUT on same day prompting concern for future of Merseyside school  

One said: "Glad this Maya and Jacob storyline is coming to an end, it's getting so dire now."

Another said: "Can Maya just be found out already? She’s really bugging me now."

And a third said: "This whole Jacob / Maya storyline is so annoying how. Thank God it’s almost out."

David still wasn't happy with Maya, saying that she should have told him about his son's problems.

He said: "You should have told me sooner, you have no right to exclude me, Jacob is my responsibility."

Later blackmailer Liv came into the shop and asked Maya where her cash was, but Maya flew off the handle saying she didn't have it and threatened to ruin Liv's life if she exposed her and Jacob.
