Emmerdale viewers were left feeling incredibly disturbed as "twisted" teacher Maya Stepney forced Jacob Gallagher to smash up his phone in a bid to please her.
Maya, played by Louisa Clein, has run away with Jacob after her grooming of Jacob was discovered by his family.
At the hotel, Jacob continued to secretly make plans with his dad to meet up.
However Maya was seething with rage after discovering Jacob's secret phone under a pillow.
As she raged at him, desperate Jacob smashed his phone as he promised he wouldn't meet up with David.

Hugging him, she smirked as she told him he didn't need his family.
"You don't need him," she told him. "Or anyone. It's just us."
And viewers were disgusted.
