Emmerdale fans were disgusted as they tuned into Thursday's episode and watched Leanna Cavanagh's funeral.
In the latest instalment of the ITV soap, Liam was seen in tears as he prepared to lay his teenage daughter to rest following her death a few weeks ago.
Following a row with Jacob, Liam decided to ban everyone from attending the service and only let his wife Leyla attend.
Leanna's ex-boyfriend Jacob, and her friends, were left heartbroken at not being able to say goodbye to her - but Liam didn't care at all.
However, when murderer Meena showed up at the church and offered her support, Liam decided to let her stay - despite her not being family. He's also clueless to the fact that she killed Leanna.
Emmerdale viewers tuning in at home were sickened by the scenes, especially as Meena was seen grinning while Liam grieved.
Taking to Twitter, one person wrote: "ugh i just wanna [punch emoji] Meena it's like she's getting some sick pleasure out of seeing Liam so broken knowing full well SHE is the reason Liam is there burying his daughter #Emmerdale."
A second tweeted: "Meena is a psycho #Emmerdale," while a third added: "Meena looks like she’s enjoying this #Emmerdale."
A fourth person commented: "This storyline is very dark and not suitable for this time in the evening OFCOM no doubt no problem at all it’s part of this darkness that is taking over our society- making murder a secret pleasure #Emmerdale."
Another said: "Nope sorry @emmerdale can’t stand meena & her smug face, won’t be watching until this storyline is over #emmerdale."
Another posted: "Can’t stand meena really wish someone sees how much she’s enjoying this. Hope she gets found out soon. Don’t drag it on #Emmerdale."
And someone else simply asked: "Is Meena having a laugh or what? #Emmerdale," followed by the sick face emoji.
Emmerdale may have dropped some teasers over the past year that killer Meena has murdered more than her two known victims, from sinister comments about strangling people, to some creepy items she has hidden away.
Her full past is yet to be explored and anything about any other victims is not yet known as it has not been revealed on screen.
Meena's arrival in itself was very abrupt and out of nowhere, with her claiming to want to make amends with her sister Manpreet Sharma over a past betrayal.
It soon became clear she wasn't really there solely for this, so perhaps she was running away from something like another murder?
She was even wearing a necklace in her debut episode, but perhaps we are reaching with any suggestion it was a token of another victim.
Speaking of the tokens, the death of Leanna saw her steal her ring from her corpse as a trophy and she has been wearing it around her neck on a chain.
But we already knew that she had kept things from her crimes because of her 'bits box' that she had been hiding in her rucksack.
Leanna opened the box shortly before her death, and the contents may have been the biggest clue yet that she has multiple victims.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
