Emmerdale fans were left heartbroken as Vinny Dingle tried his best to push Liv Flaherty away by branding her a "weirdo who doesn't want sex".
Vinny was beaten unconscious by Paul and had to be rushed to hospital, but he is terrified of what his dad might do if he tells anyone the truth.
As Liv became suspicious of Paul's blasé attitude towards his son being hurt, Vinny was worried he might do to her and pushed her to leave the hospital room.
Tonight, Liv was determined to find out what was really going on and visited Vinny when she believed hid dad wasn't there.
But Paul returned early and lashed out at Liv and Vinny - fearing that his dad could target her - ended their relationship.

Liv - who is asexual - had demanded to know who Connor was, to which Vinny had insisted that he didn't know and Liv said she didn't believe him.
Frustrated, Liv asked: "Why are you letting your dad treat you like this?"
"My dad isn't the problem, Liv - you are," Vinny responded. "Constant questions - who attacked me, why... I don't remember. You're always nagging me!"

"I'm trying to help," Liv responded.
Vinny exclaimed: "Well you're not! You're trying to drive a wedge between me and my dad and I can't - can't handle it anymore."
He tried to walk off but Liv told him: "I love you."
"I don't love you," Vinny cruelly replied. "You're some weirdo who don't want sex, what were I thinking? Look, Liv - me and you, we're over."
Vinny walked off, clearly upset, as Liv began to cry.
But is she really going to give up on finding out the truth about what is really happening to Vinny?
