Kim Tate's health took another knock during Monday's episode of Emmerdale, as the ITV soap villain continued to drink her poisoned beverages.
She of course has no idea that a mystery culprit has been seen by viewers pouring a mystery powdered substance into her bottle of brandy recently.
With Kim experiencing pain and drowsiness in recent episodes, she's been drinking the alcoholic beverage to deal with it all.
But she's making herself worse as a result, with her seemingly being poisoned.
Monday's episode saw her leaving others in harm's way though, as another drink led to her passing out on the sofa.
She was taking care of her poorly granddaughter Millie at the time when she began to feel drowsy and could barely speak.
After Millie was visited by doctor Manpreet Sharma over a chest infection, Kim refused to be checked over herself.
Moments later, she was on the phone after several moments of confusion with Gabby Thomas and Andrea Tate, when she began to slur.
Suddenly she hung up her phone clearly not feeling well, before passing out just as Millie screamed out to her grandmother, not feeling well.
Jamie Tate returned to his mother's house to find daughter Millie appearing to have an allergic reaction, so he rushed her to the hospital.
He and Andrea had a go at Kim for apparently not helping Millie during her time of need, while Kim herself couldn't make sense of what had happened.

Viewers tuning in again suspected it was someone in the shadows poisoning Kim, with many thinking love interest Will Taylor was behind it.
After all he did vow to take her down earlier this year, after finding out she had spiked his daughter Dawn's drink - and he made it clear she would not get away with it.
One fan wrote: "I think it's either Andrea Will or Gabby who is poisoning Kim."
Another tweeted: "I wonder who is poisoning Kim then as she gets worse whilst Gabby is at her scan. I reckon it could Will."
A third agreed: "I think Kim Tate new love interest Will Taylor poisoning her."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
