Alfie's character hasn't been on screen in Emmerdale for a long time - but he came back this week.
He is still playing Arthur, the son of characters Laurel and Ashley, but has had a large growth spurt since last appearing.
Fans took to Twitter to share their confusion when they first saw Arthur.

One fan wrote: "Holy Moly is that Arthur? He’s grown! #emmerdale"
As the Liverpool Echo reports, Mike said: "Is Arthur acted by same actor? Looks grown up? #emmerdale."
Another user said: "#emmerdale Oh my goodness what happened to Arthur! I had to rewind that it was the same actor."
Jon said: "Trouble with the child actors going off screen for extended periods of time is they alter a lot #emmerdale."
Arthur was part of a big storyline last year when he was bullying his mum's new partners son, Archie.
Arthur disliked the way that Archie had came into their lives and inserted himself into family occasions and traditions, and got jealous of the attention he got from Laurel and Jai.
His bullying started turning violent as he shoved Archie and left bruises and marks.
Arthur was eventually blamed for hurting Archie, when Archie was found injured on the floor.
The bully was adamant that Archie just fell trying to get something from a high shelf and that Archie was lying, but no one believed him and his mum, Laurel, sent him for counselling.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
