Emmerdale fans concerned for Lisa Dingle after Charity's shock realisation

Emmerdale viewers were concerned for Lisa Dingle ahead of her return, after Charity made a worrying realisation about her aunt.

Lisa’s daughter Belle had some big news for the family, after speaking to her mum and dad Zak.

Belle was supposed to be visiting them up in Scotland where they’ve been living for the past year, before telling Charity and others that this would no longer be the case.

Instead, Belle dropped the news Lisa was coming home next week with Zak in tow, leaving everyone thrilled.

Charity, however, was left distressed by the news, with viewers equally concerned what the sudden return meant.

Fans know that Lisa is dying from a terminal heart condition, and only she, Zak and Charity, and Charity’s girlfriend Vanessa, know.

Belle finds out the tragic news next week, but until then she has no idea the real reason behind her parents returning to the village.

Charity shared her fears with Vanessa, alarmed that Lisa’s death was looming.

She said: “Zak and Lisa are coming home and this lot want to celebrate,” after the Dingle’s began plotting a party.

Charity then said: “There’s only one way this is gonna end. Lisa is coming home to die isn’t she?”

She then grew emotional, as her loved ones continued to celebrate the news unaware of Lisa’s illness.

Viewers also shared their fears over the confession, believing Lisa’s death and actress Jane Cox’s final episode might air soon.

The ITV soap are yet to confirm when Lisa will die or when her final scenes will be shown, but viewers are now convinced her return means it could be near.

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
