Emmerdale fans have called out the ITV soap over a hospital 'blunder' involving Meena and Manpreet.
The serial killer kidnapped her sibling from the hospital, after Manpreet came out much worse when they were both caught up in the Woolpack pub explosion, but viewers were left confused as Meena seemed to easily kidnap her sister.
Meena got away with light cuts and bruises, but her sister suffered a worse fate - so fans were left puzzled when Meena managed to get her sister out of the hospital, without anyone stopping her.
It is usually protocol for a doctor to confirm a patient's discharge before they leave the premises - but this didn't happen.
Fans took to Twitter to fume at the show's writers after the 'blunder' aired.
"Again seriously #Emmerdale - no hospital would discharge manpreet without a doctor or at least a nurse talking to her. Get the facts right and stop treating us like idiots!" one wrote on the social media site.
Another added: "Absolutely ridiculous tonight, Meena just walking out of the hospital with Manpreet, Did she walk her all the way home in the wheelchair #Emmerdale."
A third shared: "NOOO first Meena practically kidnaps poor Manpreet from her Hospital bed less than 24 hours after she almost died & then she immediately drugs her once home really? Also don't patients normally have to sign discharge forms before their released?"
"I can’t believe how wrong they have got the latest fantasy storyline of Meena. No hospital would leave the patient in the hands of a stranger or so called sister, get a grip. #Emmerdale," a fourth penned.
Viewers also slammed the hospital as "incompetent" - after taking issue with the police and other services.
"So she can't walk? Discharged without physio and OT assessment? Turns out the hospital is as incompetent as the police, ambulance, fire and the village GPs, which Manpreet supposedly is. #Emmerdale," one wrote.
A second added: " #Emmerdale so in that hospital its Meena that tell u when you're getting home. U like any other where the Dr comes to talk to YOU to discuss the situation."
Fans were also left fuming after Meena managed to stay in the hospital room with Manpreet - despite others being told to leave.
