Emmerdale fans were left baffled after Manpreet Jutla found her sister Meena in what was her love rival Victoria Sugden's hospital room after she had been discharged and not her own room in the building.
Meena attacked and tried to kill Andrea Tate in scenes last week, after she spotted her trying to drown Victoria Sugden.
She also left Andrea Tate to die in a burning maze last week, after attacking her to conceal her deadly secret.
Meena and Victoria were both admitted to hospital as a result of injuries they suffered.
Fans of the show were confused why in Monday's episode, Manpreet went to Victoria's room and not to Meena's own hospital room as Meena was only there to look for Victoria - but she'd been discharged earlier that day.
One wrote: "So Manpreet knew instantly she could find Meena in what was Victoria's room...."
Another said: "Is Meena just taking over Victoria's room? How did Manpreet know to go there in the first place?"
A third wrote: "How did Manpreet know Meena was in Victoria's room."
Andrea lost her life when the pair's fight caused a fire in the maze, and due to the injuries Meena caused her she could not escape.
When Meena was asked if anyone other than herself and Priya was in the inflamed maze, she said no and left her to die.
In scenes on Monday night, she feared Priya, who was unconscious after suffering serious burns in the maze, may know what she did.
With both her and Priya trying to escape the maze, Meena had no way of knowing if Priya had found Andrea and knew the truth.
Meena decided that before Priya could wake up and tell the police what she may have or may have not seen, she needed to kill her.
Sneaking into her hospital room, she could see Priya was starting to come round and began speaking to her - while Priya was not yet awake.
Meena chillingly set out her plans and revealed she had to kill her then and there, to stop her secret from being exposed.
She even taunted her by claiming it was "a shame" they couldn't have a final conversation before she murdered her.
Meena said: "I wanted you to know this isn't personal," before putting on a pair of gloves.
The character added: "The fact is I don't know what you did or didn't see in that maze, and that's a problem for me.
"So I'm going to do something to help us both., okay? I'm gonna take the pain away."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
