Emmerdale fans accused Gabby Thomas of 'suffocating' her newborn baby as they tuned into Tuesday's episode.
The latest instalment of the ITV soap saw new mother Gabby (Rosie Bentham) come to grips with parenthood, whilst still wondering if her baby's father is alive or not.
Jamie Tate (Alex Lincoln) went missing several weeks ago, but his mum Kim (Claire King) is convinced that he's not dead and agreed to organise a memorial for Jamie's ex Andrea - in the hope that it will make him come back to the village.
Andrea was murdered by evil nurse Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu) last month - and has left behind her young daughter, whose grandmother is Kim.

Emmerdale viewers were confused with how Gabby was holding her baby, and took to Twitter to comment.
"Ok is it me, or did Gabby look a bit weird carrying her newly born baby, I mean would you really cover your baby up like that, especially if your in your own home? #emmerdale (sic)," one soap fan asked.
Another person tweeted: "Gabby's baby must be suffocating in that bloody blanket #Emmerdale," while a third said: "Bloody hell gabby, can that baby breath? #Emmerdale."

Someone else wrote: "#Emmerdale does Gabby know how to hold a baby cos," followed by the flushed face and exploding head emojis.
Another viewer asked: "Why's Gabby suffocating the baby in that carrier thing #emmerdale," while a different person claimed: "#Emmerdale that ain't a baby in Gabby's hands."
Fans are convinced that Jamie is actually alive and think they spotted him spying on Gabby towards the end of Tuesday's episode.
Emmerdale airs on weekdays at 7pm on ITV, with previous episodes available on ITV Hub.
