Emmerdale's Moira Dingle will be feared dead in the fallout to husband Cain's showdown with secret son Nate Robinson.
New spoiler pictures for the next episode confirm a lifeless Moira will be trapped underwater, after being knocked overboard on the boat.
Cain had taken her and Nate on a boat out in the lake to confront them about their affair, but as the two men fought it out, Moira fell into the water.
Ahead of her fate being confirmed, it isn't looking good for her as new pictures reveal an unconscious Moira fighting for her life under the water - with the cast filming the scenes in a water tank in Essex.
Viewers will no doubt be asking whether she will survive, or if Cain will even save her after her betrayal.
There's also a boat explosion set to occur during scenes this week, so fans will have to stay tuned to find out who survives.
A furious Cain mocked his wife as she begged for his forgiveness on Tuesday, as the affair was finally exposed.
He brutally attacked the secret son he had no idea about, and intended on killing him.
But Nate got the upper hand and managed to pin Cain over the boat edge, and it's then he finally revealed his true identity calling him "dad".
As the pair became embroiled in a punch-up, Moira was knocked overboard and disappeared into the water.
She's set to become trapped in weeds in a terrifying water stunt, with pictures now previewing this for the first time.
Her lifeless body is seen floating deep down the lake, while Cain and Nate are nowhere to be seen.
Viewers will have to tune in at 7pm tonight to find out if she gets rescued, or if this is the end for Moira Dingle.
