Two Emmerdale stars have teased some fireworks when a fan favourite returns to the ITV soap.
Emmerdale viewers will soon see characters Leyla Harding and Liam Cavanagh get engaged. Although, acting stars Roxy Shahidi and Jonny McPherson told This Morning that things are unlikely to go smoothly.

In no small part, this is because of the return to the village of Liam’s former flame Bernice Blackstock - played by Samantha Giles.
Asked whether we can expect fireworks, actor Liam, said: “I think almost certainly. The exciting thing about Sam coming back as Bernice are the scenes coming up between Sam and Roxy are so funny - so passive aggressive.”
Roxy agreed and said she really enjoyed filming with Samantha Giles.
“The scenes with Sam Giles, who plays Bernice, are fantastic," Roxy said.
“I was so thrilled she came back.”
