Emmerdale has confirmed which three characters are injured in tomorrow night's dramatic incident - Liv Flaherty, Paul Ashdale and Jimmy King.
After much speculation and many hints through the week, the beginning of Wednesday's episode finally revealed which characters were in the hospital bed as Mandy Dingle and Paul's wedding day is struck by disaster.
Fans don't yet know what will occur, only that there's a van crash, but according to the hospital staff in flash-forwards seen this week, it's a major incident with one character suffering blunt trauma to the head.
We also know one character dies - and fans have been taking to Twitter to share their predictions.
One tweeted: My Prediction for tomorrow night:- Mandy stands in the wedding barn but it secret out of view of Liv or Paul. She sees Paul for the monster he really is. Films the confrontation calls the police Paul gets arrested Mandy protects Liv and Vinny. #Emmerdale.
"I'm guessing Paul or Jimmy to die #Emmerdale... @DuncanLindsay Liv the hero has to survive, I hope Vinny finally tells Mandy @soapscoop," wrote another.
A third agreed: "That was also my guess. I just can't see Liv dying at this point. I going to tune in today. #Emmerdale ".
A fourth predicted: "Maybe Liv won't die but the blutrauma to her head will make her epilepsy worse and that will be the next SL for her #Emmerdale ".
In Wednesday's episode, Liv confronted Paul over his regular beatings of son Vinny, who has been keeping it a secret - and the episode ended with Paul threatening her with violence.
At the hospital bedsides are Nicola King, Aaron Dingle and Mandy, and it's unclear whether the latter knows about Paul's wicked deeds yet or not.
Paul's cruel action have sparked viewers to hope he is the one who dies this week, but they will have to tune in to find out who survives and who dies.
Actor Reece Dinsdale, who plays Paul, accidentally let slip a secret on his This Morning interview earlier in the week when he revealed a fourth character is in hospital.
He told the hosts: "The week is fantastically done, at the beginning you see three beds and you don't see who's in them, but you might see who is visiting those beds.

"Then by the end of this week the stunt comes to a conclusion, and I think a fourth member of the cast well one of the characters is wheeled through as well.
"So we've got one of four who could meet their end."
Phillip then asked if Liv, Vinny, Jimmy and Paul were all characters that could be in those beds or even die, with Reece hinting this was the case.
Soap expert Sharon Marshall said he had "blown a few secrets," laughing: "You weren’t meant to know there were four people! Reece!"
* Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
