What follows is a series of explosive events which will eventually lead to the untimely death of at least one character at Paul and Mandy’s wedding.
Tonight, another flash-forward was aired showing three people lying on hospital beds.
Mandy came to visit the first patient, followed by Nicola and Aaron.
This has led fans to believe Paul, Jimmy and Liv are the characters in danger of being killed off.
Charlotte tweeted: "Omg so the three hospital bed, do that mean it's Liv, Jimmy and Paul?!"
Dave said: "Paul, Liv and Jimmy in the hospital beds then."
And Michelle said: "Praying Vinny, Liv & Jimmy are okay."
The vehicle stunt was filmed for real on the outskirts of the village where the programme is filmed in Leeds, and green screen filming techniques were also adopted to ensure the cast and crew were able to safely shoot the spectacular scenes.
