On EastEnders, the Mitchells take on the Panesars once more leading to explosive scenes on the Square.

Corrie gun terror

Evil Damon tries to do another drug drop at the bistro after he threatened Nick to keep quiet on the matter recently.

This week on the ITV soap, Nick calls Damon and confirms that the drugs have been delivered.

In later scenes, two masked men enter the bistro and pointing a gun at Ryan, demand that he hand over the drugs.

Ryan is understandably terrified at the scene, whilst Sam dives under a table and calls Nick.

In an even more concerning development, as Nick answers, a gunshot can be heard coming from the bistro.

Nick, Leanne and Damon race towards the venue, fearing for Sam and Ryan’s lives amid the violent scenes.

The soap has only teased how the siege ends – so will everyone make it out safely?

EastEnders feud

EastEnders has teased some explosive scenes (BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron)

EastEnders has teased some explosive scenes ahead as the Mitchells and the Panesars go to war.

On the BBC soap this week, tensions are rising between the duo. The pair are discussing a new business deal at the Mitchell household, only making things worse as the pair can't see eye to eye.

Suki is keen to warn Nish that he should just stay away from the Mitchells but he isn't keen to take the advice and decides that he's going to hatch a new plan, asking son Vinny to take part in his new idea.

Waging war on the Mitchells, Nish and Vinny go behind Suki's back - but what is their big plan and how will it all play out?

Following the execution of their devastating plan, Phil storms into the Panesars home and accuses Nish of causing trouble. Suki immediately jumps to her husband's defence and gives him an alibi.

However, despite the alibi, it seems the Mitchells are keen to take revenge and later that day, the Minute Mart is turned upside down by an intruder. Nish and Suki are clearly worried about what's happening, with Eve stepping in to help clear things up.

Later at home, Suki confronts Nish - but will he confess to what he did or will he keep it a secret?

Emmerdale collapse

Emmerdale is hit by a major health scare (ITV)

Emmerdale is hit by a major health scare this week on the soap, when Sarah Sugden is rushed to hospital.

The teenager, played by Katie Hill, has suffered a series of illnesses throughout her young life and is sadly no stranger to the hospital wards on the Dales. The teen returns to A&E again in upcoming scenes.

Sarah was initially diagnosed with a rare genetic disease called Fanconi anaemia, which required her to undergo a bone marrow transplant. However she was then tragically diagnosed with throat cancer before suffering from heart failure, brought on by her chemotherapy.

This week, Mackenzie's plans to come clean to Charity about his fling and being the father of Chloe's baby are thwarted – while Sarah has been listening to their conversation from upstairs.

Just as Mack and Chloe get ready to reveal their secret to Charity, Sarah comes stumbling down the stairs, struggling to breathe.

Charity is terrified but manages to instruct Mack to call an ambulance as Sarah hyperventilates. Sarah is rushed to A&E and wheeled off for medical treatment as an emotional Charity is held by Mackenzie.
