Jamie Tate and Mackenzie Boyd's feud reaches dark heights tonight as a child is put in serious danger tonight on Emmerdale.
Viewers watched earlier this week as Mackenzie ruthlessly duped Jamie into handing over evidence of mum Kim's dodgy finances.
After being reprimanded by his mum like a naughty schoolchild this evening, Jamie vows to get revenge on Mackenzie and storms over to Butlers Farm.
As he sloshes what he believes to be petrol on a vehicle, an amused Mack points out that it's only water.
Humiliated even further, Jamie leaves and Dawn later tries to talk him down by pointing out that Mack will always come out on top.
However, her words only enflame the situation and Jamie spots a real petrol canister and heads back to the farm with it.
Yet Jamie is unaware that Kyle is playing hide and seek in the hay bales as he begins to throw petrol over the barn.
Will he realise in time before setting the barn alight? Or will Kyle suffer a tragic death?
Later, a vengeful Moira appears at Home Farm while brandishing a shotgun.
As Kim's guest hurries off, Moira turns the gun and pulls the trigger - who will bear the brunt of her wrath?
