In the coming weeks, Kim will try to expose the culprit and will stop at nothing to make it happen - but it's teased it could lead to her paying the ultimate price with her life.

Emmerdale producer Kate Brooks has teased the plot and revealed all on where it leads to next, as viewers continue to speculate over who is targeting Kim.

Kate told The Mirror: "We've got a brilliant summer coming up where Kim, Faith, Tracy and Meena will all be at the forefront of really brilliant and gripping drama."

"We're obviously used to seeing Kim as really strong and powerful, and she isn't always known for her vulnerability but over recent weeks, we've seen Kim start to doubt not only her own sanity but she's doubting the people she loves the most over who is trying to bring about her downfall.

"What happens to Kim and how her plan may backfire will be the big question as we go into the next few weeks.
