Emmerdale April's bullying culprit worked out by viewers

Emmerdale's April was left in tears tonight as she continued to be trolled online over the death of her mum Donna.

April has been getting memes mocking her mum's death sent to her phone by a mystery culprit.

On Monday night's episode Amy was mocked by two girls in the street after the memes circulated among her schoolmates.

Cathy and Heath saw what was going on and stuck up for April, with Cathy telling the girls to lay off her.

April left school early telling Marlon she had a stomach ache and had "woman trouble" not wanting to tell her dad what was really going on.

She then went to Donna's grave where she told her mum what had been going on and again became emotional.

Cathy came up behind her and supported her, telling her to ignore the trolls and saying that she would always be here for her.

While April doesn't know the identity of her online bully several fans think they've worked it out.

Heath appeared quite shifty on Monday night, keeping his head down while Cathy stuck up for her friend.

And many viewers think he could be behind the bullying campaign.

Not so jolly Holly said: "Heath is acting rather sheepish. I reckon he's the culprit. Baaaa."

Bobby Dazzler said: "Heath is the instigator in April’s trolling."

Lauren Angela May said: "Bet Heath is doing it."

And Swalk said: "Looks too obvious to be Cathy now, reckon it’s Heath instead."

*Emmerdale continues at 7pm on ITV tomorrow
