Emmerdale announces big change to ITV soap schedule

Emmerdale has announced a big change to the time it airs next week, with soap fans urged to check the new schedule or risk missing their favourite show.

The ITV soap have temporarily changed its schedule and told viewers about the change on the show's official Facebook page.

The post said: "Heads up everyone, our schedule is a little bit different next week. Check out the times so you don’t miss out on any village drama."

The times for next week are as follows:

  • Monday, March 22 - 7pm to 7.30pm
  • Tuesday, March 23 - 7pm to 8pm (one hour special)
  • Wednesday, March 24 - 7pm to 7.30pm
  • Thursday, March 25 - 6.45pm to 7.15pm (earlier start time)
  • Friday, March 26 - 7pm to 7.30pm

There's lots of drama set to take place in the Dales next week, so fans are urged to take note of the new schedule, or they could catch up on the ITV Hub.

Last night viewers were left distracted by the dramatically changing weather on the soap.

Earlier this week, Moira found out that Mack lied about their dead mother.

Mack had told Moira that their mum had died and she had missed the funeral.

But Faith did some digging and discovered that Mack had kept the real funeral date a secret, causing Moira to miss her mum's memorial.

Discussing his betrayal in the village, Moira told Faith she could not forgive Mack.

The camera then cut to Mack desperately trying to find a place to stay.

However, fans were distracted by the dramatically changing weather.

Viewers noted that when the camera was on Moira there was no snow, but when they cut to Mack, it was snowing.

Barbara tweeted: "Now it's snowing now it's not..lol."

Ken added: "Snowing in Emmerdale real or fake they can't keep it lol."
