The actress who played Emmerdale's Betty Eagleton for 21 years has died.
Paula Tilbrook died in December aged 89, but the news has only just been announced.
She played a huge part on the soap from 1994 until her retirement in 2015.
News of her death was only released on Wednesday but the actress died six months ago on December 1 last year.
Paula retired from acting in 2015 when she bowed out of her role on Emmerdale.
Paula's acting career also saw her appear on Coronation Street 11 times in 1973.
She also branched out to radio when she was working in the entertainment spheres.
Her last scenes as Betty aired on TV screens in May 2015.
The heartwarming storyline saw the sherry-loving gossip finally find love and reveal to the village her plans to move to Australia.
Paula was delighted with her character storyline as she joked she begged producers not to kill off her character.
