Emmerdale star Ryan Hawley took viewers by surprise as he appeared in another TV show.
Fans of the ITV soap best know the actor for playing Robert Sugden.
The character hasn't been seen in the Dales since 2019 after he was charged with the accidental murder of Lee Posner.
Robert attacked Lee after discovering he had raped his sister Victoria and was sentenced to 14 years in prison.

But Ryan was unrecognisable as his stint in Silent Witness was aired on the BBC on Tuesday night.
He played Michael Robson for two episodes in the long-running crime drama, and looked completely different to his soap character.
So much so, viewers were asking the same question.
"Robert is that you, and what did you do?" one tweeted.
Another said: "Robert from #Emmerdale hiding under that beard?"
Others had to do a double-take.
"It’s Robert Sugden. How have I only just realised that," a viewer tweeted.
A second commented: "Almost didn't recognise #Emmerdale Robert in tonight's #SilentWitness!"
"Robert sugden looks different here," another said.
That's because for his new role, Ryan was sporting a long hairstyle, a beard and moustache.
But another fan is hoping for more from Ryan. They tweeted: "I loved Michael Robson. But can't we have both Michael Robson & Robert Sugden ?"
His appearance on screen comes after Emmerdale fans hoped for a Robert comeback in the soap.
But an Emmerdale spokesperson crushed that hope when they told Digital Spy : "There are no current plans for the character of Robert to return."
