Emmanuel Moseley questionable to return vs. Giants

A new week didn’t provide much relief for the 49ers on the injury front. Tight end Jordan Reed and cornerback Emmanuel Moseley both exited Sunday’s game vs. the Giants in the first half.

Reed appeared to hurt his ankle trying to make a catch in the back of the end zone in the first quarter. He walked off under his own power and quickly made his way to the locker room. Reed returned with a newly-taped ankle in the second quarter

Moseley got hit hard by safety Jaquiski Tartt on a run by Giants quarterback Daniel Jones. He exited the game after sitting on the turf for a short time. The team has ruled him ‘questionable’ with a head injury. That typically means he’s being evaluated for a concussion.

Dontae Johnson entered the game in his place.
