Emma Stone gives her baby girl a sweet name with special meaning for her family

Emma Stone has apparently given her baby daughter a lovely name with a special meaning in her family.

She and her director husband Dave McCary had their first baby together in March.

They have cherry picked the name Louise Jean McCary for their little girl.

Her daughter's name has a heartwarming tribute to Emma's grandmother because her name is her grandmother's name Jean Louise "flipped", according to TMZ who reported on the birth certificate.

Hollywood A-lister Emma also shares her middle name with her newborn of only a few months old.

While she's better known herself as Emma Stone in celebrity circles, many of her loyal fans may know her own full name is Emily Jean Stone.

Over the years, the actress has changed her mind about having kids.

Promoting her new film Croods: A New Age, she told Entertainment Tonight: “I feel pretty good about starting my own pack.

"Although I don’t think that my pack would be quite as physically capable as the Croods are. They’re pretty rough and tumble and I don’t know if my pack would be as rough and tumble.”

Emma will balance her life as a high-flying actress with motherhood.

Her latest movie Cruella De Vil where she plays the iconic villain has just hit cinemas in the UK.
