After waiting 23 years to tie the knot, is another baby what’s next for Baby Spice?
Emma Bunton married her fiance of two decades Jade Jones, who proudly called the newlyweds “Me and Mrs Jones”.
And it came shortly after 45-year-old Emma had cooed about them both being “broody all the time”.
The couple – who have dated since 1999 when Jade was in boyband Damage – have two sons Beau, 13, and Tate, 10. Emma admitted of the prospect of a third: “I just sometimes think, can my body deal with it?”
Last month, Emma spoke candidly about experiencing symptoms of perimenopause and endometriosis, and said she felt “unbalanced” as well as suffering from anxiety, but she added of the couple’s hopes to add a third child to their brood: “If it happens it would be amazing.
“With both my children, it wasn’t easy falling pregnant, so we’ll see how it goes.”
And her sons have been encouraging her, asking for a sibling on their Christmas list – “no pressure,” she has joked.
“Once my eldest did say – and not knowing what that meant – ‘you need to go in there and have sex and have a child. So, you know - it’s something they want.”
Emma has got married life off to a great start with a Spicy windfall after closing a £3.2million touring account she held.
Her bandmates all congratulated her on her happy news after she posted a picture of her garter on Instagram.
