Emirates has announced plans to run services next week to some destinations in Europe, Asia and Africa.
These services will help “residents and visitors wishing to return home,” it said in a statement.
The airline will operate flights to Frankfurt, Jakarta, Johannesburg, Lagos, London Heathrow, Madrid, Manila, and Tunis, the statement read.
Only citizens of the destination countries and those who meet the entry requirements of the destination will be allowed to board, it said.
Customers will be required to follow all health and safety measures required by the UAE authorities and the country of destination.
According to the statement, “the airline will offer a modified inflight service that reduces contact, and the risk of infection” similar to other flights that Emirates has operated thus far.
“The packaging and presentation of food and beverages will be adjusted to limit contact during meal service,” it added.
