Candidates will need to come prepared to spend the full day at the venue if required. Shortlisted candidates will be informed of timings for further assessments and interviews.

There are five stages to the recruitment process. They are:

  • CV review and evaluation
  • Group assessment
  • Height and reach assessment
  • Online English language assessment and behavioural questionnaire
  • Web-based final interview

They must also have a minimum height of 160 cm, be a high school graduate, be fluent in English (written and spoken) and have no visible tattoos while in your Emirates cabin crew uniform.

Men's dress code includes having short hair, neatly presented, with minimal hair product, being clean shaven with no make-up and clean and manicured nails.

Meanwhile, women must have their hair neatly tied in a French roll, braid, ponytail or bun, with loose strands pinned up or to the side, make up consisting of concealer, foundation, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, blush, lipstick, but no lip gloss, manicured nails with varnish in clear, red or a French manicure and shoes with heels.

All recruits are expected to come to the assessment day having met these requirements. You can take a look at the full list of requirements here.
