Eminem is set to return to the small screen with a role on 50 Cent’s new show.
The “Without Me” rapper will portray FBI informant-turned-inmate Richard Wershe Jr. — known as White Boy Rick — on “Black Mafia Family,” which 50 Cent is producing.
“Oh yeah i’m bringing the big dogs out, I couldn’t do a show based in Detroit without incorporating the legend @eminem,” 50 Cent wrote Tuesday on Instagram.
Wershe famously served as an informant for the FBI from ages 14 to 16 during the 1980s.
Wershe was released from prison last year, more than 30 years after being sentenced at age 17 in a highly publicized drug case.
He was previously portrayed by Richie Merritt in the 2018 movie “White Boy Rick,” which also starred Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey.
“Black Mafia Family” is being made for Starz, which also aired 50 Cent’s popular “Power” series and broadcasts the drama’s spinoff shows.
