Emily Atack to replace Holly Willoughby on This Morning with John Barrowman and they're EXCITED

Get ready for a jungle reunion as I’m A Celeb double act Emily Atack and John Barrowman step in to host This Morning.

The duo will stand in for show regulars Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield during the Easter Holiday later this month.

Atack said the gig is a “dream come true” and promised viewers plenty of “fun”.

“I am absolutely over the moon to be joining This Morning with my best mate John Barrowman over Easter,” she told The Sun.

“It’s a dream come true to be presenting one of my favourite shows. I look forward to being on the iconic sofa. We’re going to have so much fun.”

The pair will host a show on Friday, April 12.

Celebrations: John Barrowman and Emily Atack on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here (ITV)

Atack and Barrowman met on last year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, finishing second and third, respectively, to jungle King Harry Redknapp.

The duo are reportedly in talks to front their own show later this year, with Atack telling The Sun: “There are ideas floating around. At the moment everything is meetings and exciting opportunities.”

A source also told the publication: “Bosses think This Morning is a great opportunity for Emily and there’s no reason why it couldn’t open much bigger doors if it goes well.”

Willoughby was on hand to crown Atack the 2018 I’m A Celeb runner-up after she stepped in to front the series with Declan Donnelly after his TV partner Ant McPartlin took a hiatus following a drink driving charge and a stint in rehab.

They will be reunited on TV screens for the first time in a year this weekend when Britain’s Got Talent returns.

This Morning is on ITV, weekdays at 10:30am
