Emily Atack has paid tribute to her friend and ex-partner Charlie Edwards after his death.
The Rivals actress, 36, uploaded an emotional post to her 1.9million followers, sharing a selfie with the tattoo artist, 26.
“This is devastating to write. Charlie you were my friend,” she wrote.
“You were ALWAYS there for me. You dropped everything so many times to come and be with me.

“We talked for hours on end on the phone about absolutely everything. We helped each other.
“You were funny, SO smart, so talented and caring. I can only hope and pray that you have found some peace.
“My heart breaks for your family who will forever be so proud of you. Beautiful boy, beautiful soul. I’m so so sorry. Rest in peace Charlie.”
Atack and Edwards were linked in 2021, with the pair pictured kissing, but the pair were believed to have only dated for three months.
Edwards was a popular tattoo artist, with over 200,000 followers on Instagram.
His brother Jack announced his passing, writing the artist had a “long and hard fought battle with his mental health”.
“I’m speechless to be honest with you and I don’t think it’ll ever feel real but I’m so f**king sorry to everyone to have to tell you,” he said.
Atack met current partner Alistair Garner in 2022 and they welcomed son Barney a year later, with reports saying the pair are expecting to marry this summer.
This summer, the star will also appear in Rivals series two as Sarah Stratton, a 1980s TV presenter.
The trailer was released in February, with Emily telling viewers: "Welcome to the naughtiest show on television.”
The award-winning Disney Plus drama follows the high-stakes world of British television as careers, marriages and reputations hang by a thread when professional and personal lives collide.
The extended second series will feature 12 episodes and began filming in May.
It will see Tennant reprise his role as Lord Tony Baddingham along with the original cast including The Boys star Alex Hassell, Irish actor Aidan Turner and Black Lightning actress Nafessa Williams.
Dyer will also return to play businessman Freddie Jones, for which he won the British Press Guild Award for best actor and the RTS Television Award for supporting actor.
