Emily Atack baffles Joel Dommett in mini Masked Singer test on The One Show

Emily Atack left Joel Dommett baffled as he failed to guess her identity in a mini Masked Singer test on The One Show this evening.

The actress' I’m a Celeb co-star was put to the test during a guest appearance on the BBC show to to promote this year's Sport Relief adventure.

After referencing his role on hit ITV show The Masked Singer, Matt Baker and Alex Jones challenged Joel to guess the identity of someone in a lion costume.

The lion began belting out a rendition of Whitney Houston's “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” as Joel looked increasingly perplexed.

Joel had absolutely no clue who was under the Lion's mane.

Guesses poured in from The One Show viewers, including Steph McGovern, Frankie Bridge or even Masked Singer judge Rita Ora.

But the character was revealed to be Joel’s close friend and former I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp co-host Emily Atack.

After pulling off her mask, Emily laughed:”This is the weirdest thing I've ever done.”

The first ever UK series of The Masked Singer proved a huge hit with audience.

Girls Aloud's Nicola Roberts was crowed the winner and was unmasked as Queen Bee.

Jason Manford, aka Hedgehog, came in second place, and Katherine Jenkins' Octopus was third.

Other stars to take part in the series including Kelis, Cee Lo Green, Denise Van Outen and Jake Shears.

The One Show airs Mondays through Fridays at 7pm on BBC One, while The Masked Singer airs on ITV.
