She started her career in France in 2006. She worked on many successful shows as Camera Operator but also as Director.
Emilie has more than one string to her bow. She has got enough tools and experience to make a video by herself.
She moved to Los Angeles in 2018 to have a new challenge. She started to work on different shows aired on Fox. Wherever she goes, she always uses all the techniques she learnt before to bring it on new shows. She is known by the directors to be not only a camera operator but a cinematographer with fresh ideas, suggestions, who brings her French touch to American television.
Being able to film, set up the light, manage the talent, interview someone at the same time is not common in the U.S. Productions like to see a woman resourceful who gives ideas to create a better show. Depending on the video, she knows which lense or camera she must use to build an amazing picture. On every show she worked on, Emilie always tried to bring her artistic view and give all her knowledge to help her coworkers to create something in a better quality than usual.
Emilie Pesante is known internationally. She worked in South Korea to cover the Youth Olympic Games. Next summer, she is going to work on the prestigious fashion show for Vogue in Paris. She is also going to work on “The morning show” season 4 aired on Apple TV in Los Angeles, and shows for CBS and Fox. Remember her name, she will probably win an award soon.
