Emerson Palmieri provides update on potential Maurizio Sarri reunion at Juventus this summer

Reports from Italy suggest that Maurizio Sarri could potentially raid former club Chelsea for Emerson Palmieri this summer.

The Italian's time at Stamford Bridge came to an end at the weekend with Juventus finally getting their man after Massimiliano Allegri's exit at the end of the campaign.

Amid talk that the experienced manager could launch a move for Jorginho having managed him at Napoli and Chelsea, Emerson has also been linked with a return to Italy.

However, speaking to ESPN Brasil, as reported by Sport Witness , the 24-year-old provided an update on the Bianconeri's reported interest in him ahead of the transfer deadline.

He claimed he "doesn't know anything" about a potential move to the Serie A champions and "nothing came" for him so far.

Emerson also opened up on Eden Hazard's departure from west London after he clinched a big-money move to Real Madrid.

With the Belgian paraded at the Santiago Bernabeu last week, his former teammate has now revealed that he's left the players' Whatsapp group.

"No. On the Whatsapp’s group, the last move there was Hazard’s farewell," he added. "He said goodbye to the boys and such, since then, we don’t know anything else.

"It’s weird. He sent a ‘thank you, I love you guys’, and then it showed ‘Eden Hazard left the group’.

"I said damn, he really left."
