Emergency services have rushed to the scene of a fire which has broken out at a school in North Dublin.
Several units are currently attending the fire at Scoil Catherine in Artane and diversions have been put in place.
The Dublin Fire Brigade said: "We currently have a number of units at a building fire off the Malahide Road near Mask Avenue, a tanker has been requested to supplement the water supply.
"Traffic restrictions in immediate vicinity."
A text has been sent out to parents this morning informing them that the school will be closed today.
Nearby St Paul's Youth Club will be open for tea and coffee from 9am for the local community.
Gardai have confirmed they're attending the scene saying that the alarm was raised at around 6am this morning, Dublin Live reports.
A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí and Fire Services are currently dealing with a fire at a School on Mask Ave, Artane. The alarm was raised shortly after 6am."
