Emergency services rush to scene after car crashes through wall into garden in Perth

Emergency services were called out after a car crashed through a wall and into a garden in Perth.

The incident happened at Strathord Terrace shortly before 2pm on Wednesday, October 21.

Decision made on controversial £118 million road

Part of the wall was destroyed and the car, which came to rest just yards from a residential property, suffered extensive damage to its front.

One resident living nearby told the Perthshire Advertiser : "It looks like its smashed right through the wall and is almost on it's side in the garden.

"It looks like it must have been really scary."

Thankfully no-one was seriously hurt.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 1.55pm on Wednesday, October 21, police were called to a report of a car having crashed into a wall in Strathord Terrace, Perth.

"Emergency services attended and there are no reports of any injuries.
