Emergency services rush to Clyde Street amid ongoing incident at the River Clyde

Emergency services are on the scene at the River Clyde near the city centre amid concerns for a woman’s safety.

Police, fire service and ambulance crews are in attendance on Clyde Street, having been called out around 12.50pm this afternoon (Saturday).

A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed the incident and Scottish Fire and Rescue Service told The Sun there are four appliances in attendance.
