Emergency services have raced to a one-vehicle crash on a Scots road.
Cops have closed the A950 Longside to Mintlaw in Aberdeenshire road in both directions as they deal with the incident.
Officers were called out to the scene at 1.30pm then contacted the fire service to assist.
Details of injuries are not yet know but an ambulance is understood to be in attendance.
Local residents have recently complained about the road not being wide enough for vehicles as the area also suffered with bad snow drifts due to the recent treacherous weather conditions.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to a one vehicle crash on A950 Auchtydonald access road to Longside Road, Mintlaw at 1.30pm today (Tuesday, 16 February).
"The road is currently closed between Peterhead and Longside."
A spokesman for the fire service said they responded to a call from police at 1.51pm and they sent two appliances to the road.
