Emergency services launch urgent search after reports of man in River Clyde

Emergency services have raced to a Glasgow road following reports of a man in the River Clyde by Dalmarnock Road.

Police, fire and ambulance services rushed to the scene on Dalmarnock Road at around 1.25pm.

The road was closed in both directions as police, fire and ambulance services scoured the river.

It has now reopened and traffic is easing.
