Emergency services discover man with serious injuries inside Glasgow car park

Police have launched an investigation after a man was found with serious injuries at a car park in Glasgow .

Emergency services were called to the NCP car park on Midland Street in the city centre at around 7.15am on Friday morning.

Ambulance staff rushed a 50-year-old man to Glasgow Royal Infirmary after he was found to be seriously injured on a stairwell.

Police Scotland are now probing the incident and have since launched an appealing for information.

A spokesperson for the force said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances. Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 465 of January 17.”
